Inspired by childhood memories and Filipino roots, these siblings have created a bakery that celebrates the rich flavors of their home-life and heritage. From the decadent Black Tahini Brownie to the delicate hojicha shortbread, every bite is a journey through both nostalgia and culinary innovation. Don't miss their signature Ube Silvana, a delightful fusion of the vibrant purple yam (Dioscorea alata) native to Southeast Asia and the flaky, buttery pastry known as Silvana. And yes, there will be a line, and yes, they will sell out...so come early :)
