This uniquely shaped succulent is native to the Eastern Cape of South Africa, thriving in arid climates with temperatures of 70°F–80°F but tolerating lows down to 10°F. Habitat conditions vary across regions: the west is arid with sparse rainfall, hot summers, and frosty winters, while the east experiences more rainfall, higher humidity, and a subtropical coastal climate. The plant produces silky, yellow, daisy-like flowers (2–3 cm in diameter) that bloom in winter to early spring with sufficient light. It features a large, tuberous root system that can develop into a caudex, ideal for bonsai training. While it prefers plenty of light, excessive sunlight can cause damage. Plant is in 4" pot.U.S. SHIPPING ONLY
